We kindly ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in the loss of any deposit paid.

Clients who repeatedly miss appointments without notice may be declined future bookings.

We understand emergencies happen and will review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
